The purchase process was seamless. I was able to purchase the stylish trailer for my outdoor wedding online and was quickly called to verify the purchase and confirm details of the trailer delivery. Come the day before the event, the trailer was set up within the time window communicated earlier in that day and was taken away the morning after the wedding without anyone needing to assist the crew. Everything was made as easy as possible and the price was very reasonable

Ordering the trailer was fine, but when I wanted to upgrade my trailer from a 2 stall to a 3 stall, the lady over the phone didn't writeup a contract that actually reflected. I had to email them back and forth like 3 times to ensure that the contract was corrected and fix all their errors from the 2 stall. Additionally, the delivery and pickup did not go well. The driver drove through my trees and broke some limbs off when he could have avoided the trees entirely. He also had a hard time understanding how to do a 3 point turn. Maybe it's more tricky with a trailer, the concept seemed foreign to him. It turned into an 18 point turn. In addition to that, when they picked up the trailer, they drove all over our lawn and ruined our backyard grass, leaving multiple huge tire marks that are 7 inches deep. I tripped in one, and this is a huge hazard, and now our yard looks horrible. Just glad this happened upon pickup and not delivery. My team and I were not impressed with the driver and knew that we could do better, but that's a liability thing, right? The trailer itself was great, clean and ran super easy. The product was great. The overall service was not.

The whole rental thing was handled so easily online I couldn’t have asked for anything more. All prices for all vendors all seems to be the same which led me to the idea that there was only one company to supply these in my area. The guy called to see if it was OK to show up a day early, which was actually easier for me. He put it exactly where I wanted it (which I knew was going to be difficult). He was professional, polite, and kind the whole time. Pick up was handled as clean and professionally as the drop off. I would highly recommend this company.

Delivery and pickup was great. The facilities were clean and adequate. Unfortunately, when delivered, the technician did not turn the main valve for water. This was discovered when guest utilizing the restrooms notified me that the toilets were not flushing and the water to the sinks were not working. We attempted to call your company but were unable to get a quick response. After some research of the unit by me and some of my guests, we were able to access the maintenance area between the restrooms and determine that a valve to the water system was not open. Once we open the valve, the water flowed and the restroom fixtures operated normally.

Hired VIPtogo high end 2 stations for my wedding party and it worked perfectly. Station was put in place at the scheduled time and the driver/ installer was very courteous and sensitive to my requests. The unit was removed also in schedule with no impact to the grass surface where it was stationed. Hiring was easy and logistics (power and water) were easy to accommodate. I'm fully satisfied and my guests were as well. I'll not hesitate to use the service again and recommend it.

We had a wedding in a barn outdoors, a day before it was raining none stop! So the place was muddy in the morning of the wedding, when the guy pulled over with the truck to make the delivery he offered to help to place plywood in front of it so ppl shouldn’t need to step on mud, it was soooo thoughtful of him!!! They were easy to deal with , the bathrooms were beautiful , air conditioned and clean! As an event planner I recomand them highly :)

We needed a portable toilet for my daughter's wedding which was an outdoor venue under a tent. After getting quotes from several vendors, we went with viptogo and the Rolls Royce Trailer. Breindy was wonderful to work with,answering all my questions quickly and always helpful when I called with questions. The trailer arrived the day before the wedding, as planned, and it was better than I expected. Interiors of each stall were lovely and clean and we had several guests comment on nice they were. I highly recommend viptogo!

VIP To Go was a fantastic. The trailer we reserved arrived on time and very clean. Although, they said we didn’t need a larger trailer, we ended up reserving one to make sure our guests didn’t have to wait. All of our guest were impressed with the cleanliness, size, amenities, and air conditioning of the trailer. They couldn’t believe how luxurious the trailer was. VIP To Go’s prices were very reasonable and this is why we upgraded to a larger trailer. Also the pricing was transparent and they didn’t include any hidden fees. VIP To Go’s customer service was great! We cannot thank them enough for superior service. We certainly will rent from them again!

And on the day of set up, the staff making the delivery worked hard to make sure we could get the trailer in a perfect location that fit between trees at the venue. It was great. A small hiccup with a water line but VIP hired a local plumber to come and fix the problem before the event. Great bathrooms. Clean and new. Got plenty of complements!

My wife and I hosted our wedding at our house and we ordered a VIP trailer. It was excellent, and the 2 bathroom trailer was perfectly fine for the 80 or people we invited. It had music playing, and the interior quality was great. It was nicer than our house bathroom! And no smell, which was key because it was only a few feet outside of our reception tent. Just make sure you have the right hookups. They need a normal garden hose for water, and I think a 20A outlet for power. We ran our trailer to a rented generator, which powered half of our wedding (including this bathroom) and ran extension cords from our house for the other half. A day or two later they came back and towed it away. It was one of the easiest parts of our wedding planning. We’d definitely use this company again.
